From cramped wet-area to standalone bath + walk-in shower
Floor-mounted vanity replaced with wall-hung + integrated storage
Get in touch and we’ll arrange a site walk-through. James will measure, photograph, and ask how you actually use the bathroom.
Itemised quote covering demo, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, vanity, screen, removal — everything, in writing.
Once approved, we book licensed plumbers, tilers, waterproofers and electricians for specific dates. We hold the dates.
Two to six weeks on site depending on scope. Daily updates so you always know what’s next. If something’s found behind the walls, we pause and talk.
Final walk-through with you before we leave. Waterproofing certificate and plumbing compliance docs in your hand. Everything cleaned down.

Bathrooms are the part of the house where small decisions have outsized consequences. The wrong vanity can shift your drain, a botched waterproof can ruin a ceiling below, and a fitting chosen for looks might fail under Perth’s hard water within a year.
We’ve been renovating bathrooms across Perth for over 15 years — mostly in homes built between the 1970s and 2010s, each with their own quirks. We’ve seen the asbestos sheeting, the slab-set plumbing, the cracked galvanised pipes, and the ceiling cavities too shallow for a modern exhaust. Our job is to know what’s behind your walls before we open them, so your quote is honest and your timeline holds.
Every bathroom we build goes through the same five-stage process above, managed end-to-end by James personally. You talk to one person, not six.

Homeowners & Occupiers: Whether you want a focused refresh of a tired bathroom or a full rebuild that reconfigures the layout, we handle it end-to-end so you’re not coordinating six different trades.
Landlords & Property Managers: Bathrooms in rental properties wear faster. We do compliant refreshes between tenancies and full rebuilds when the old room can’t hold up anymore. Minimal downtime, full documentation.
Pre-Sale & Investment Renovations: The bathroom is one of the two rooms buyers inspect hardest. We’ll tell you where to spend for resale and where it isn’t worth the money.

Over 15 years of bathroom renovations across Perth means we know what works and what doesn’t in homes from the 1970s right through to modern builds. Coastal suburbs, heritage homes, investment properties, ensuites added to second storeys — we’ve seen the variations.
Every plumber, electrician, and waterproofer we use is licensed for the work they do. Every membrane is installed to Australian standards and certified as part of our rigorous bathroom waterproofing process. Every quote is itemised so you can see exactly where the budget goes. When something turns up behind the walls, we pause, photograph, price, and you decide.
It’s the same approach we’d want if it was our own bathroom — which is why most of our work comes via referrals from past clients.
Anywhere from 12 working days for a refresh to 6 weeks for a full rebuild. We give you a written schedule before we start. If anything pushes the dates we tell you the same day.
Yes — most clients do. We agree on shower/toilet alternatives day-by-day. If you’ve got a spare bathroom, we sequence work so you’ve always got one functional.
For a like-for-like renovation in WA, almost never. If you’re moving plumbing locations, adding a window, or changing the room footprint, we’ll tell you upfront and handle the paperwork.
We use ‘remodel’ to mean the room footprint stays the same — fixtures and finishes change. ‘Renovation’ means we may move walls, plumbing, or doors. The first is faster and cheaper. The second gives you the chance to fix layout problems.
All our bathroom waterproofing is done by a licensed waterproofer to AS 3740 (the WA standard). You get a signed and dated certificate plus photos of the membrane before tiles go down. Keep the certificate — it’s required if you ever sell the property.
It happens. Old wiring, hidden leaks, asbestos in 1980s-era sheeting. We pause, photograph, price the additional work, and you decide. No surprises on the final invoice.
Of course. If you’ve already picked your finishes, send us the specs. If you’d like help selecting, we’ll book a tile-shop visit with our supplier and walk you through what works in your space.
Plumbing carries a 12-month workmanship warranty (legal minimum in WA). Waterproofing has a 7-year warranty under AS 3740. Our project management is backed by 15+ years of repeat clients — most of our work comes via referrals.
